The event was widely attendedwith over 120 guests signed in on the door. Highlights for me included the attendance of many key media titles such as fashion and lifestyle editorial representatives from FT How to Spend it, Evening Standard, The Guardian, Marie Claire, Daily Express, Hello Magazine, Town & Country Magazine, YOU magazine, ELLE UK, Good Housekeeping, Reveal and Now Magazine.
Due to the nature of the current media industry many leading fashion & beauty editors are leaving their full time roles, are now going freelance to work across several titles it was great to see that our event had attracted the attendance of many key freelance editors including Shelly Vella (Ex Cosmopolitan, soon to fashion director at YOU magazine / Mail on Sunday) Julia May Morgan (Ex Woman & Home Fashion Director working now at Marie Claire, Elle) Gilly Ferguson (Ex Look Magazine Fashion Editor working Refinery 59 and many other) and Lucy Felton (Ex Look Magazine Fashion Director works across mother, baby titles and own blog)
It was great to see a few celebrity familiar faces and a few new ones including Nancy Sorrell (model, wife of Vic Reeves), Pandora Sykes (KISS FM) Hayely Sparks (ITV Presenter) Olivia Coxx (DJ, Presenter) Sean Sagar (BBC Our Girl Actor) and Georgie Clarke (MTV Survival of the Fittest)
Press Day’s naturally attract attention from bloggers and influencers, the organiser ensured the guests who attended covered across the board of fashion, beauty and lifestyle ladies and men’s, and kids. There was alot of social media activity already from these guests and hope to see this will continue when they may blog about or feature the brands across their platforms.

The new collection features dark, sensual and luxurious designs, with an arrangement of deep, rich jewel palettes inspired by the Middle Eastern opulence. Darkest tones of inky blue sapphire, emerald green and jewel have a shadowy, moody quality, presenting seductive alternatives to black. These colour ways are complimented by a distinctive, timeless Aemilia floral print. Showcased in a striking arrangement of luxury and contemporary silhouette forms, modern elevated styles, with decadently placed lace create a sophisticated yet fresh look, reflecting a sense of refinement and luxury.
Silhouette combinations take a romantic, and nostalgic feel with transitional designs glamorous enough for after hours. Taking inspiration from the 1920’s and 30’s era classic silk and lace lingerie sets and sleepwear pieces hold charming feminine appeal, enhanced by intricate lace inserts across the décolleté setting a romantic mood, whilst showcasing traditional technique and couture craftsmanship. Seductive night wear sets, slip dresses, pjyamas and gowns are cut in timeless, classic minimalist silhouettes and become more elegant with intricate French lace details finished by hand, accentuated with plunging necklines and cut away hems. Beautifully luxurious accompanying lingerie sets can be styled and layered with decedent loungewear pieces.
Our prints for each season tell a story, which adds to the desire and longevity of the collections. The new distinctive A/A 18 print is titled, ‘ Jardin de la Nuit’ which was developed with inspiration drawn from the natural world, captures the dark romance of a garden in the midnight darkness where the moon highlights elements of moody blooms and botanicals. This is a classic, timeless print featuring an arrangement of dark, opulent and luxurious colours set against velvety rich textiles in rich jewel tones jewel tones layered with a beautifully elegant hand painted floral pattern. Each print we produce has been hand drawn in house using beautiful indian inks and watercolours, elevated with layered subtle hints and abstract interpretations worked into a digital format, making for a collection that appeals to every size, age and taste. We want each piece to be cared for and loved, and kept forever.
